中國“綠卡”是外國人永久居留證的俗稱，是獲得永久居留資格的外國人在中國境內居留的合法身份證件。

1.原中國戶口尚未注銷

申請人曾是中國國籍的，現加入外國國籍需申請中國綠卡，首先要到自己的戶口所在地的派出所辦理戶口注銷并提供證明。
